Terms and conditions

You must, as a client of our subscriber services, agree to all of the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your account. If non-compliance is deemed severe, the Internet Services Provider that supplies DM Web Service Web Hosting server connections may be notified.

1. Acceptable Usage Policy
Use of DM Web Service Web Hosting Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to DM Web Service Web Hosting policies and are subject to the terms above and as follows:

1.1 Client Content

Client agrees not to distribute, electronically transmit or display any materials supplied by client or through client by a third party to DM Web Service Web Hosting server. Clients also may not use DM Web Service Service Web Hosting materials (e.g., designs, copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights) or any third party materials without prior permission.

DM Web Service Web Hosting strongly prohibits the use of any of our service for any illegal activities.

All of our subscribers must be in accordance with U.S. Federal, State and local laws. Ultimately you, the client, are solely responsible for the content stored on your DM Web Service Web Hosting account.

User shall not include content, or internet links to content on the Site that contain, promote or involve any of the following. Examples include but are not limited to:

1.2 Bandwidth
Bandwidth is limited to client selected account subscription . If the limit should be exceeded, the account will be suspended. If an account is suspended, the owner must contact the support department [support@dmwebservice.com], and ask for assistance.

1.3 Spamming policy
Client shall not use the account for chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. Client also shall not engage in any unsolicited email practices at
DM Web Service Web Hosting, or otherwise, that mentions or reference any domain hosted on DM Web Service Web Hosting servers or parked on Web Hosting DNS servers.

1.4 Back-up files
Clients are responsible for any lost or deleted files. Clients have the ability to backup their own files. We recommend you backup your files every time you update information on your account.

1.5 Termination, Cancellation or Suspension
DM Web Service Web Hosting reserves the right to refuse or suspend services to anyone at any time. If an account has been deleted, suspended or you wish to cancel, email our support department [support@dmwebservice.com].


2. Billing Policy
By agreeing to the following terms and conditions, you also agree to our billing policies. We accept credit card payments through PayPal. We also accept Cash, Check or Money Order by mail. We reserve the right to hold activation or changes of an account until the client's check clears our bank,.  Usually, but not limited to 10 days from receipt of check.  All money transfers are done in USD only.  Payments are made according to the subscription chosen, (monthly, every 3rd month or yearly).  Statement is usually mailed 10 days prior to billing date.  Payments are due within 10 days of billing date.. Failure to make payment within the 10 day grace period will result in account suspension and a $5.00 late fee.

2.1 Credit Card
Payment using a credit card are through PayPal. (Use email account: mark@donmeanie.com ). The date on which initial payment is completed is the start date of your account. Billing thereafter will be according to the selected subscription.

2.2 Refunds and Guarantee Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on web hosting subscriptions. Domain name registration and transfers are non-refundable. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services and cancel your account within the initial 30 days from the initial order date of your account we will refund you all your money (excluding any setup fees). Refunds may take up to two weeks to process.

99.5% Uptime Guarantee:
If for any reason (except for scheduled downtimes) our network or servers are down for longer than 0.5% in any month, you can request a 20% discount for your following month's services. For clients paying yearly, the equivalent to 20% of a monthly payment will be deducted off the next payment.

2.3 Price changes
If at anytime we change the price of a service, your payment will stay the same as long as the subscription is current.  If you require additional services and/or add-ons, you will be charged the current price for the selected services and/or add-ons.

3. Reseller policy
Only clients with Reseller Accounts are permitted to resell space through
DM Web Service Web Hosting. If a client subscribed to a personal or business account is found to be selling space, their account will be deleted with no warning. For further information, contact our support department [support@dmwebservice.com].

3.1 Terms and conditions Resellers are required to use these or similar Terms and Conditions.  Resellers are permitted to set additional rules for there clients.

3.2 Bandwidth
Resellers are limited to use of subscribed bandwidth.  If, at any time, the limit is exceeded, by either the reseller or the resellers clients, the reseller account and the reseller's client's accounts will be suspended.  If reseller or said client's account has been suspended, reseller must contact out support department [support@dmwebservice.com].
